Shuttle and Golf Cart service is available throughout Reunion weekend during the following hours:
Thursday: 11 a.m.–11 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m.–11 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m.–11 p.m.
Sunday: 8 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
Golf carts are available for on-campus transportation.
Reunion Golf Cart Travel
To request golf cart transportation or shuttle service to/from the local motels and hotels, please call 641-269-4403 during these hours to arrange for a pickup.
In addition, shuttle van or bus service is available for CERA Tours, Observatory Tours and all off-campus Reunion events. All shuttles depart from the loading dock/driveway next to the JRC. When the street is closed for Reunion events, shuttles depart from the corner of East Street and 8th Avenue.
If you have accessibility needs and require assistance traveling across campus or require additional assistance getting downtown, please come to the registration desk in the JRC lobby or call 641-269-4403.
The Grinnell College Local Shuttle
Grinnell College also operates a local shuttle van that makes stops at a variety of shopping and care destinations around Grinnell, including McNally’s, Hy-Vee, Walmart, Urgent Care, and downtown Grinnell.
- Shuttle runs from Wednesday, May 28 through Saturday, May 31 from 4-10 p.m. daily, departing campus on the hour.
- Departs from the front of the Noyce Science Center.
- If 8th Avenue is closed for a Reunion event, the shuttle departs from the corner of 8th Avenue and East Street.
- Free to ride with your Reunion badge as your ticket.
- Riders missing the last shuttle of the evening will be responsible for finding their way back to campus.
